some of you may know, my bandmates and I in Hiss the Villain have been busy for
many months in putting together our debut full-length album. Between live shows
scattered across CT venues, we have been buried in the studio, working like
dogs at the task of self-producing and self-funding the entire process of
recording, from dirty demos to professional-grade prints.
Well
kids, at long last, we are ecstatic to announce that the wait and the work are
finally over! On Saturday, October 17th, our debut full length, Terminal Disconnect, will be dropping both
physically and digitally. For a measly fee, you can now bring 14 delicious
Hiss the Villain tracks with you wherever you go!
Our
first true release, Terminal Disconnect
was recorded over the past year. The band has worked tirelessly to produce worthy
representations of songs that encompass more than our passion for our music,
but our very being as well, with the sole purpose of truly sharing them with
our fans.
Throughout
this process, we have also had the pleasure and luck to collaborate with our
good friend Peter Bergamo, Jr., who graciously designed all the artwork for the
album. We feel that his pieces, inspired by and thus indelibly linked to our
music, perfectly capture the energy and themes of Terminal Disconnect. We owe him eternally for his dedication and
creativity, and we are as excited to share his art with you as our music.
